Hagerty Environmental, LLC recently completed the engineering designs for two separate projects in New Jersey requiring passive vapor mitigation systems. Both projects had subsurface impacts, either from historic on-site operations or vapor encroachment from adjacent operations, necessitating vapor mitigation systems prior to redevelopment as convenience stores. Design and construction of the vapor mitigation systems at both projects is now complete and redevelopment can proceed!
