7/23/14: Hagerty Principal Investigator – Stormwater Research Published
Hagerty Environmental’s Principal Engineer, Paul A. Hagerty, P.G., P.E., was the Principal Investigator (PI) on a recently-completed aviation stormwater research project for the National Academies (via the Transportation Research Board’s Airport Cooperative Research Program, or ACRP). The research included estimates of the discard amounts from general aviation fuel testing that potentially enter the stormwater run-off system and Best Practices for proper disposal of the fuel-tank samples. The research was recently published in the July 2014 Research Results Digest 21 entitled “Best Practices for General Aviation Aircraft Fuel-Tank Sampling.” A full .pdf copy can be obtained from the link below:
