5/24/13: Hagerty submits comments on PADEP’s HQ/EV On-Lot Sewage Guidance Document

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) extended the public comment period an additional 30 days, through June 3, 2013, on its draft technical guidance document titled “Sewage Facilities Planning Module Review for Onlot Sewage Systems Proposed in High Quality and Exceptional Value Watersheds” (Document No. 385-2208-001).  Hagerty Environmental, LLC issued comments on the draft technical guidance on 5/24/13 for PADEP’s consideration.  A copy of Hagerty’s comments are provided in the following link:  Hagerty PADEP HQ-EV draft comments 5-24-13
