11/13/14: Emergency Management Training for Dam Owners attended by Hagerty Principal Engineer

On November 13, 2014, Hagerty Environmental’s Principal Engineer, Paul Hagerty, P.G., P.E., attended the Chester County, PA Department of Emergency Services’ Comprehensive Emergency Management (CEM) Planner System training course.  Hagerty Environmental was one of the first Dam Owner representatives in the Commonwealth to attend this course.  As such, Hagerty is now qualified to develop and manage high hazard dam Emergency Action Plans (EAP) and other state-required preparedness plans in the CEM Planner’s secure and centralized virtual library.
